There is a battle brewing in Oxford, Alabama over ancient indian burial ground. The Davis Farm site was to be home to the new Oxford sports complex site. The Army corps of engineers shut down the project because ancient human remains were found on February 8th and they were not notified. Oxford pays delay bill
